About Marissa Darr

Marissa Darr began her career of dog training in Spring 2012. She began with working with companion pet dogs. Her passion then spread to agility and nose work. Eventually she got into her favorite sport of IPO (or Schutzhund) which consists of tracking, extreme obedience, and protection. She competed in her first competition when she was just 19 in 2014.She has worked with clients consisting of all ages and breeds. Her clientele consists of the average pet parent to the advanced training of a working K9. She enjoys spreading the knowledge of encouraging a dog to its full potential on both a physical and mental aspect. She uses relationship based training and the natural drive of a dog to achieve the behavior that is seeked.
